The Oxnoble is praised for its excellent location, with the Manchester Opera House and Manchester city centre being within easy walking distance. Guests often appreciate the spacious, clean, and well-decorated rooms, many of which are equipped with modern amenities like smart TVs as well as tea, coffee, and biscuits. The traditional pub downstairs is a highlight, offering tasty and generous portions of pub grub, especially the highly recommended hash browns; however, some guests have noted noise from the pub at certain times. Overall, many find it to be good value for money and a comfortable place to stay.

Acceptable Stay, but Issues with Bedding

missing bed unmade sofa bed
The room was clean enough.
We booked a triple room, but it only had two single beds. A sofa bed existed, though nobody made it up. One friend slept on the floor. Three beds should be available.

comfortable bed friendly staff good location great value
The bed was indeed very comfortable (best sleep i've had in a while). the staff were friendly and polite. i appreciated the value for money at the bar. the location was great. It was a short walk to the castlefield arena.
the absence of a mini fridge in the room was slightly inconvenient for storing drinks.

large bathroom strong shower lovely fire creaky floors warm room unavailable milk
i stayed in a double or twin room bathroom. the bathroom was large, and the shower had good pressure. the bar area was nice (it had a lovely fire!).
The floors creaked a lot. i also noticed the room was too warm, and there was no way to open the windows. getting coffee on arrival was impossible. They were out of milk.
